Visual and portfolio disclosure
Images identified as visual studies, concept images, or brand-direction material are illustrative. They are not necessarily completed Aurea Build projects, client work, available properties, or promises of a finished design. Replace them with commissioned or permissioned project photography as the portfolio develops.
Estimate disclosure
A request for an estimate is a request for a conversation, not an offer to perform construction. Any budget range or estimate response is preliminary and may change after site review, plans, specifications, permits, engineering, allowances, selections, schedule, subcontractor pricing, taxes, and other project conditions. A final price, scope, schedule, and responsibility allocation require a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
Construction and investor disclosure
Aurea Build’s site content is not legal, tax, accounting, financing, appraisal, brokerage, or investment advice. Investor-build and house-flip language describes potential construction use cases; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, finance, renovate, or invest in a property. Consult your own licensed professionals for those decisions.
Service-area and capability disclosure
Availability, project type, service area, schedule, and capacity depend on the specific property and current operating conditions. Site language does not by itself promise licensing, insurance, awards, memberships, subcontractor availability, permit approval, or a particular result. Those details should be verified in the applicable project documents.
Lead-form disclosure
The inquiry form is intended for project information needed to respond. Do not submit passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, health information, or confidential third-party information. A confirmation reference means the submission was accepted by the web service; it does not mean the project was accepted, approved, priced, or scheduled.
