This site provides general information about Aurea Build, construction services, project-fit conversations, and preliminary estimate requests. Content may change as the business, services, service area, and portfolio develop.
2. No offer or construction contract
Submitting a form, receiving a reference number, or exchanging email does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve capacity, accept a project, or form a construction contract. A project begins only after the parties sign the applicable written agreement.
3. Preliminary estimates
Any budget range, estimate, schedule indication, feasibility comment, or other response provided before a signed agreement is preliminary and informational. It may change based on plans, site conditions, surveys, permits, engineering, selections, labor, material availability, subcontractor pricing, taxes, allowances, market conditions, and scope changes. Only a signed project document controls.
4. Visual studies and content
Unless specifically identified as completed Aurea Build work, images and visual studies on this site are illustrative brand-direction materials. They are not promises of completed projects, available homes, specifications, performance, or results.
5. User submissions
You agree that information submitted through the site is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that you will not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through a project form.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, submit automated or deceptive inquiries, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
7. Intellectual property
