This notice explains what Aurea Build collects through this site, why we collect it, how we use it, and how to contact us about your information. It is a website privacy draft for review by qualified counsel.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, project type, project city or ZIP, requested estimate path, target timing, optional budget range, project details, consent records, and the date and time of submission. The form intentionally asks you not to provide passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information.
For security and rate limiting, the service may process a one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address. We do not need the raw IP address to operate the inquiry flow. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request data as part of hosting and security.
2. How we use information
- Respond to a project inquiry or estimate request.
- Understand project fit, timing, location, scope, and the right next conversation.
- Protect the form and service against spam, abuse, and repeated automated submissions.
- Maintain records of requests, consent, and communications.
- Comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the site and business.
3. Email and contact preferences
The required contact checkbox authorizes Aurea Build to reply by email about the request you submitted. It is not consent to marketing messages. If Aurea Build later sends commercial email, it will use accurate sender information and a clear way to opt out as required by applicable law. You may ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time by emailing hello@aureabuild.co.
4. How we share information
We may share inquiry information with service providers that help operate this site and respond to you, including Cloudflare Pages/Functions and D1 storage, and email infrastructure if enabled. The configured business inbox is hello@aureabuild.co through Google Workspace. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell inquiry information.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential project relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We review records periodically and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. We use access controls, transport encryption, limited data collection, and abuse controls appropriate to this small lead workflow; no online system can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop using information you submitted, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. Texas residents may have additional privacy rights depending on the business and data involved, including rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email hello@aureabuild.co with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will review and respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the project form.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests belong at hello@aureabuild.co.
